Why Kindiro

The trip and the receipts,
kept together.

Plan the days, log who paid, and end the trip with one number per person — instead of three group chats and a shared spreadsheet.

01 · The idea

The day you took the ferry is a row in your itinerary. The £38 you paid for the tickets is an expense. We make those the same thing.

That means you can ask actual questions of a trip: Who came on the distillery tour, and who skipped it? Did the four of us who stayed the extra night still owe the others, or were we square?

Most apps make you reconstruct that by hand. Kindiro doesn't.

02 · The five things that matter

Five things Kindiro does, and we'd rather not pretend to do anything else.

01 · Schedule

Schedule the days, not just a list of places.

A trip isn't a pinboard. Build it day by day — flights on Friday, the cottage check-in, dinner at 8, the ferry on Sunday. Things sit in the order they actually happen.

02 · Linkage

Expenses that know your itinerary.

Tag any expense to a scheduled event. The petrol receipt belongs to Saturday's drive. Dinner belongs to the four who came, not the seven who didn't. The trip remembers so you don't have to.

03 · Currency

Multi-currency, settled per currency.

Pay for the cottage in EUR, the ferry in GBP, dinner in EUR again. Each currency settles on its own — no fake conversion rate, no rounding fights. You see exactly what you owe and in what.

04 · Settle

The smallest set of transfers that clears the books.

At the end of the trip, Kindiro works out the minimum number of payments that settle everyone, per currency. A weekend with a few dozen expenses across two currencies usually clears in a handful of moves.

05 · Audience

Built for friend groups, not solo travellers or commercial organisers.

No tour-operator features, no influencer mode, no public trip pages. Kindiro is for the people on the trip and nobody else. Inviting someone takes one link.

03 · Trust

Five things we promise without making a big deal of it.

EU-hosted in Frankfurt

Render (hosting) and Supabase (database + auth), both EU-region. Trip content doesn't leave that boundary.

Free up to 10 people per trip

Most trips are five friends in a cottage. Those are free, forever — no card to start.

Magic-link sign-in

We send a one-time email link. No passwords to remember, lose, or reuse from another site.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini

A public MCP server lets your AI assistant read trip data — and add expenses or schedule items, with your permission.

Money never passes through us

We compute who owes whom and produce the plan. The actual transfers happen on Revolut, Wise, or your bank.

04 · Who it's for

It's a small tool, but it's specific about who.

Stag and hen weekends

A weekend cottage rental, three currencies, several questionable taxis. Kindiro keeps the receipts so the best man doesn't have to.

Annual reunions

The same group, the same week each year. A fresh trip every time, so last year's holiday doesn't muddy this year's settlement.

City-break crews

Four friends, three days, Lisbon. Plan the dinners, log the cabs, walk away square at the airport.

Multi-family holidays

Two families in a villa for a week. Custom shares per person — kids count differently to adults — and the parents settle between themselves.

Set up the trip in five minutes.
Stop arguing about petrol money for good.
