Most trips are five friends going to a cottage. Those are free, forever. The bigger the group, the more useful Kindiro gets — so groups over ten pay £1 per traveller per trip.
The whole product, for free, on every trip your group is ten people or fewer.
When the group is eleven or more, the trip costs £1 per person who's going. The organiser pays once, the trip is unlocked for everyone.
The free row sits at the boundary — ten and under stays free, eleven flips to £11.
There's no Pro plan that locks settlement behind a paywall, no "Premium" for multi-currency. The product is the product. Either your group is small (free) or it isn't (£1 a head).
You don't owe us anything between trips. If you don't travel for a year, you don't pay for a year. We'd rather you came back to plan the next one.
You're the customer, not the product. We don't sell anything to anyone — no advertisers, no "travel partners," no AI companies training models on what you typed.

Anyone added to the trip. If you remove someone before the trip starts, they don't count. If you add someone late, they're added to the bill at £1 — but only the £1, not retrospectively for what they didn't use.
The organiser pays once, the whole trip is unlocked. If the group wants to split the £20 across themselves, that's just another expense in the trip — Kindiro will fold it into the settlement.

Yes. If someone is removed from the trip within 7 days of being added, we refund their £1 to the organiser, no questions.
